It doesn't matter which physical network you request an internet connection from us. You can assume that we always deliver layer 3 (the internet connection) ourselves.

You can easily request a new connection for an end customer by using the ordering process in the portal. During the ordering process, you can easily add IP addresses, backup connections and more

- Direct online: With Go-Trex's mobile connections, customers are online immediately after installation, guaranteeing quick deployment.
- IP-VPN: These mobile data connections support direct VPN access without the need for VPN clients, ensuring maximum data traffic security and speed.
- KPN Network: Go-Trex consciously chooses the KPN network as the carrier of its Mobile Broadband Internet services, guaranteeing reliability and nationwide coverage.

How can Mobile Broadband Internet be deployed?
- Preliminary connection: The mobile connections from Go-Trex get the same PPPoE profile and IPv4 address as the future main connection. This makes it an ideal temporary solution until the fixed connection is operational.
- Backup connection: With the same configuration as the primary connection and a lower priority in the network, the mobile connection offers a reliable failover option.
- Mobile main connection: Thanks to the reliable KPN 4G/5G network, mobile connections from Go-Trex can function perfectly as the main connection in areas where fixed connections are not available or are delivered under unfavorable conditions.
